| Masterclass 'Sounder Sleep' |
|
Course number: 1003041
The Sounder Sleep System consists of small, easy and gentle movements (so called mini-moves™) and breathing techniques, which induce a relaxation of the body and a quieting of the mind, resulting in a better sleep pattern. The mini-moves are designed to help falling asleep at bedtime and to go back to sleep if someone wakes up at night. The Sounder Sleep System in general helps people to enhance the quality of their sleep. The Sounder Sleep System is based on a lifetime of study, experience, and observation by the system's founder, Michael Krugman. While thoroughly original in its conception and implementation, it is inspired and informed by all forms of human knowledge, including science, medicine, and the arts, and utilizes time-tested principles common to many self-healing systems, both traditional and modern. The system has been proven effective by thousands of Sounder Sleep students in clinics, schools, and hospitals worldwide. There are currently over 200 teachers of the system in twelve countries. The participants will receive a handout with all the principles, ideas and exercises of the workshop in it, which makes it easier to review and practice what one has learned. Whether you attend the workshop for self-healing, for professional enrichment, or both, you will leave feeling relaxed and revivified, and your relationship with sleep will never be the same again! This course can be the introduction to the teacher course for professionals who are interested to become a teacher in the Sounder Sleep System. |
